Growverse Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Growverse ("the game") and the xadonia.com website, both published by Xadonia ("we"), collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Contact: support@xadonia.com.
Information we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details (purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store).

We do not sell your personal information. Ad partners may use advertising data as described above only when you allow it.
Your choices
- Consent: the first time you open the game you choose whether to allow analytics and personalized ads. Change this any time in Settings > Account > Privacy. Declining still shows ads, but they are not personalized.
- iOS tracking: the game asks for permission before ad partners may use your device's advertising identifier. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Delete your account: in Settings > Account > Delete Account, or follow the steps at https://xadonia.com/account-deletion. This permanently deletes your player account, progress, coins, purchases records and analytics data. Purchases made with real money cannot be refunded through account deletion.
- Access or correction: email us at support@xadonia.com with your player ID (shown in Settings > Account).
Retention
Account and progress data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete the account. Analytics events are kept for up to 13 months and are deleted with your account.
Children
Growverse is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. They provide safeguards required by law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Website (xadonia.com)
This section covers the Xadonia website. The game is covered above.
Website analytics. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page visited, without any text after "?" in the address. We use this to see which pages are read and to improve the site.
Who processes it. Cloudflare, Inc. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Retention. Detailed records are kept for 7 days. After that they are reduced to summary figures for long-term trends.
Your choices. You can block the analytics script with an ad blocker or a browser privacy setting. The website works without it.
Changes
We will update this page when our data practices change and show the new date at the top.
