Delete your Growverse account

Growverse is published by Xadonia.

Delete in the game (fastest)

1. Open Growverse and tap Settings.
2. Open the Account tab and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and the game starts again as a new guest.

Delete without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@xadonia.com with the subject "Growverse account deletion" and include the Google Play Games or Game Center name you signed in with (or your player ID from Settings > Account). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your player account and any linked Google Play Games / Game Center sign-in
• Your nickname, progress (XP, level, stats), coins, boosters, cosmetics and reward history
• Records of in-app purchases tied to the account (the store keeps its own receipt; real-money purchases are not refunded)
• Analytics events associated with the account

What is kept

Nothing tied to your account is kept after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep transaction records (kept up to 7 years and then deleted). Ad partners' own data is governed by their policies; you can reset your device's advertising ID in your device settings.
